1.3 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship in Europe. More information about the delivery time and costs are shown before the final order.
1.4 How long will it take to receive my order?
If you place a purchase online, we strive to deliver it at your earliest convenience. All orders placed and paid by 15.00 will be sent within 2 working days. You can expect your order to arrive within 7 working days after we have shipped your order*.
We provide a track and trace code with every shipment.
(*usually sooner but mostly depending on the delivery company of the receiving country).
1.5 Can I send my order to two addresses?
No, we can not deliver 1 order to two addresses. We recommend that you place separate orders for two separate delivery addresses.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the purchased items, in unopened original packaging, within 14 days of delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered to be final. Click here for the exchange and return terms.

Within 10 working days of receipt of your return, with enclosed return form, your purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

1.11 My order has been shipped, can I follow it?
Once the order has been sent, you will receive a Track and Trace code by email, this code will be entered on GLS's Track and Trace page. Next, you will see the current status of your shipped package.
1.12 Who is delivering my order?
All orders are delivered via GLS.
1.13 How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically. These are shown in the shopping cart before you place your order definitely.
1.14 How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you did not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, the following error may have occurred.
- Your carrier may see our automated mailings as spam, and have removed / moved them to the spambox
- You have typed a mistake in your email address with the order information
1.16 I received an order confirmation, but no payment confirmation. What now?
Did you pay with iDEAL? Then you will receive a payment confirmation. Please check if the amount of the account has been charged. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
1.17 How to measure for a twirling baton.
Measure the length in inches from the base of your neck to the end of the longest fingertip.
If the measurement is to nearest half an inch, then order the size rounded up. e.g. if arm length is 24 1/2" then order a 25" baton.
